1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for engagement with Keys and Blacks. By using our services, purchasing our offerings, or interacting with us through any platform, you acknowledge and agree to these legally binding terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes become effective immediately upon publication on our website, and continued engagement with our services will constitute acceptance of any updates or changes.
2. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of advance payment.

Dates are not secured without payment. Verbal or written discussion does not constitute a booking until payment is received.

The final pricing is subject to the discretion of the sales team.

The quotation price is tentative and may change based on availability, location, or event complexity.
-
Post-production of deliverables begins only after the full payment is cleared.
-
Payment terms, cancellation policies, and charges will be detailed in the final project agreement shared with the client.
3. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

Cancellation more than 60 days before the event: The non-refundable deposit is retained, but no further balance is due.

Cancellation within 60 days of the event: The full balance is chargeable, and the non-refundable deposit is retained.
-
Changes in the event location or schedule may result in additional charges.
-
Reduction in the event schedule does not alter the service price.
-
Increase in the event schedule will be subject to additional charges.

If Keys and Blacks must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued. This is the extent of liability.
4. FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY

We work exclusively as a team and do not shoot alongside other photography or videography teams.

Default video resolution is Full HD (1080p) unless a 4K upgrade is specifically requested and paid for.

Clients must obtain necessary permissions, licenses, and venue approvals for filming.
-
We assume all attendees consent to being filmed unless explicitly stated otherwise.
-
We are not responsible for venue-imposed restrictions, lighting, or sound limitations that may affect coverage.
-
The final film is produced at the cinematographer’s discretion to maintain cinematic quality. All essential moments are covered, but specific footage inclusion is not guaranteed.

Delays caused by clients, guests, or external factors may impact our ability to capture content as planned. We are not liable for missed moments due to such circumstances.
5. EDITING & DELIVERABLES

Raw photos are available upon request. Raw videos are NOT provided.
-
Each video project includes two complimentary revisions. Additional edits will be charged at an hourly rate.

Music selection for videos must be communicated before the wedding day. If not, Keys and Blacks will choose the appropriate music.
-
Deliverables will be provided within 90 days of the event. This is an estimate and may vary depending on workload.
-
Clients must report any playback issues within 7 days of delivery. Beyond this period, the files will be considered final.
-
Only the explicitly agreed-upon deliverables in the signed agreement will be provided. No additional items should be assumed.
6. EXTENSIONS & DELAYS

We accommodate minor delays of up to one or two hours without extra charge.
-
Major delays or rescheduling requiring additional coverage will be charged as per the agreed pricing structure.

If we have prior travel commitments, we may not be able to accommodate schedule changes.
7. HEALTH & SAFETY
-
The team will not work in unsafe environments. We reserve the right to refuse coverage in hazardous situations.
-
For lockdown events, only government-authorized permission letters will be accepted.
8. CREW REQUIREMENTS

Food & beverage for the crew must be provided in guest areas. Separate arrangements are not acceptable.
-
Safe and hygienic accommodation must be provided for the crew for events outside Bangalore or Jaipur.
-
If the venue is far from the accommodation, local transport must be arranged by the client.
9. MISCONDUCT POLICY
-
We uphold professionalism and expect the same from clients and guests.
-
Any verbal abuse, physical misconduct, or persistent rude behavior will lead to contract termination without refund.
